Requirements
• Minimum age: 8 years old (recommended)
• Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver
• All participants must wear a provided life jacket
• Maximum 3 riders per tube
• Participants must be physically able to hold on securely during the ride
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the operator and captain
• Activity may be delayed or cancelled due to unsafe weather or water conditions

Reservation Deposit
A $30 online reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your total rental payment. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival after signing the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation deposits are refundable only for unsafe weather conditions or cancellations requested by email at least 48 hours before the reservation.
