📋 Rider Requirements

🔹 Recommended minimum age: 8 years old
🔹 Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the waiver
🔹 Every participant must wear the provided life jacket
🔹 Maximum of three riders per tube
🔹 Participants must be physically able to hold on securely
🔹 All captain and operator safety instructions must be followed
🔹 Rides may be delayed or cancelled due to unsafe weather or water conditions

📅 Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits are refundable only when Extreme World cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or when a cancellation request is received by email at least 48 hours before the reservation.
